For Attendees

How do I get my tickets?

Your ticket availability depends on the method used at check out. This will depend on the method available at checkout.

1. For Will call orders, you will have to collect your paper tickets at the venue, before the event. After you complete you order, you will receive an email from EventPremier containing your E-ticket. You will need this E-ticket, original Credit Card used for the order and a valid Photo Id to claim your tickets before the event. All tickets must be claimed by the person whose name is on the E-Ticket.

2. For E-ticket orders, an e-mail containing your E-tickets will be sent upon completing the transaction online. You may show the E-Ticket on a mobile device or use a Printed Copy of the E-Ticket. Do not forget to bring a valid Photo Id to gain entry


How do I get my tickets?

Your E-ticket(s) are emailed immediately after your order is completed. If you have not received an email from us with your tickets, please, check your SPAM folder first. If you still cannot find the tickets, contact us by filling out this form. Please include the email and name used to order tickets.

I can't place my ticket order

If you are having difficulties placing an order, please contact us by going here. You can call our live center during normal business hours or request support 24/7 via contact form.
Host an Event

How can I get a refund?

EventPremier does not offer refunds. WE do not charge customers’ credit cards for ticket ordered. All sales are collected by the event manager directly. If you would like to a request a refund from the event Manager:

1. Check the event description and Terms of Sale as stated on the order page. Terms of Sale are set by event Manager and agreed to by you when you place the order.

2. Contact the event manager directly using contact information on the event page or on your dashboard.

What does it cost to create an event?

There is no charge to the event manager to use EventPremier to create event pages and list tickets. EventPremier does not charge a service or payment processing fee to list FREE tickets. Event Manager can sell tickets at no cost because the small service fee is paid by the buyer.

How to set up event payout details?

Do I need a merchant account?

With EventPremier, you do not need a traditional merchant account to accept credit cards for ticket sales. If you would like to accept all major credit cards, simply connect your EventPremier account to Stripe. There are no setup fees and it takes just a few minutes to setup. :
