Event Description

Starting and finishing at the Harpoon Brewery in Boston's Seaport District, enjoy a 6.5mile guided running tour at an easy pace through historic sights including the Old North Church and the final resting place of beer Brewer and Patriot Samuel Adams. We also run by some of Boston's most famous Pubs and Taverns including the Beantown Pub and Green Dragon. We will run to the TD Bank North Garden (home of the Bruins and Celtics) then back along the Boston Harbor to where we started. At the conclusion of the run, water and snacks will be distributed before heading into the Harpoon Brewery for a tour and sampling of some local suds. The Harpoon Brewery is well known for its IPA but once inside the brewery you will get a full taste of what they have to offer. After the brewery tour check out Harpoon's Beer Hall and have a fresh pretzel along with a pint of your new favorite brew.

This Run is offered every Saturday at 10:00AM and Sunday at 10:30AM with a few black out days.

Boston, MA Running Tours

Running is part of the fabric of this city. Boston is the home of the world’s oldest annual Marathon, and its population routinely ranks among the nation's fittest. The Charles River is blessed with the Dr. Paul Dudley White Bicycle Path, a paved loop stretching from the Science Museum upstream nine miles to Watertown on both sides of the river. This route, among many others, is meticulously maintained which makes it possible to run outdoors in Boston even through the bitter New England winters. The city is small enough in size that a 10-mile run can get you from Brookline to Cambridge and back, but not so small that there’s ever a shortage of great running routes. The combination of the youth and history of Boston make it a world-class city and dream destination for runners.
